I forgot my pattern. Tap “I have my words” on the unlock screen and enter the recovery phrase for that vault. We cannot recover a vault for you: there is no backdoor, and we never see your pattern, phrase or files.
How do I make a new vault? Trace a new pattern (at least 6 dots with one turn) and confirm it.
How do I restore purchases? Settings → Hushgrid Pro → Restore purchases.
How do I cancel a subscription? In the iOS Settings app, tap your name → Subscriptions → Hushgrid.
